Use the current catalog and your installation details when asking for support. No end-of-support date or automatic device upgrade is implied.

2026-10-19 — Search, incident tools and Connector activation

The console adds bounded Edge search pages and saved filters, local incident bookmarks and explicitly requested recording exports with source, time and checksum manifests. Setup includes one-use Connector activation and lost-code recovery. Release history and a static service-notice page are now available.

Optional software prototypes. Search completeness depends on the installed Edge version and available evidence. Exports are original recording segments, not certified evidence or cloud archives. Connector native first boot, key storage and installation remain hardware and vendor gates; no device update or production mobile app release is implied.

2026-10-17 — Console media and navigation

The web console shares reviewed media contracts with the mobile implementation. Native clip uploads retain their original media type. Navigation stays usable on short screens and with enlarged text.

Hosted web release. Android software acceptance is separate from production app distribution; iOS and physical-phone qualification remain pending.

2026-10-16 — Website loading and organization

Public pages and the console use separate application bundles. The home page keeps a readable fallback if application loading is interrupted.

Hosted website release; no device software update is implied.

2026-10-15 — Account operations and usage

The console provides fleet version visibility, audit and support workflows, privacy requests, bounded usage reporting and billing recovery guidance.

Availability depends on account role and current permissions. Usage controls are not a measured camera-capacity promise.

2026-10-14 — VoidBridge 0.6.2 and customer help

Reviewed Windows and Linux installers and checksum instructions are available through Setup and help. Guided product selection and troubleshooting explain Local, Cloud and unavailable states.

VoidBridge provides live viewing. Recording and AI search belong to other product paths; camera and site compatibility still require review.

Hosted console and website: Managed service

Use the currently served application. Refresh an older tab after saving your work. Current desktop Chromium is the exercised browser path; a universal browser/device guarantee is not published.

VoidBridge: 0.6.2 — Windows and Linux

Reviewed installer line. Confirm the current catalog and verify the published checksum before installation. macOS installation is not qualified.

VoidEdge: 0.3 software line

Software acceptance covers the documented recorder, live view, playback and CPU person-search paths. Exact appliance, camera, storage and site qualification remain separate; contact support to match an installation to its accepted source.

Resident VoidConnector: Exact evaluated Hanwha configuration

The evaluated QNV-C8011R configuration does not establish support for all firmware or models. Installation and vendor rights need explicit review; no generally supported native installer version is announced.

Android and iOS apps: Development only

No production store version is announced. Development/emulator acceptance does not establish iOS, physical-phone or store qualification.
